Visit Rangatira Point, located in the middle of Kapiti Island, where you’ll have the chance to climb the island’s highest peak or enjoy the lower tracks through old established forest.

Great experience
Had a great time at Kapiti island, checking in and ferry across was very straightforward. I appreciated that the guide gave a talk at the beginning about the island and what trails to do as I hadn't done much research. Our guide was very friendly and so we're the boat crew. The island it self was amazing, I saw Weka in the wild for the first time

Kapiti island trip
Great service from the team with plenty of knowledge and friendly delivery. A beautiful day out with sightings of many different bird species
