Have been here few times. What an amazing place to relax. So beautiful and affordable. With various water temperature you choose the pool that suits you. Love this place. Will definitely be back. Pure relaxation. Thanks to amazing staff there.
Wairākei is a beautiful place and the wāhine at the front desk are warm and friendly. However the wāhine changing room facilities, the size, with only 1 shower and where it is located is totally substandard. Compared to all other thermal pools I have been to, Wairākei must do better than that!
A well appointed and layed out facility in beautiful environs. Very accomodating and friendly staff. Very relaxing experience.
