Thanks for your feedback — we’re really sorry to hear about the incident. Safety is our top priority, and we’re reviewing our procedures and first aid resources to ensure we're always prepared for these types of scenarios. Ngā mihi for your understanding and for your son’s help during the situation.

Such a fantastic trip for a little corner of nz that’s really quite spectacular, and some rad weather to match. There were parts that were a bit daunting for my mum, but the team were super supportive in talking through how to tackle those bits and she managed very ok (thanks team!).
Kia ora! Thank you so much for the lovely review â we're stoked you and your mum had such a great time exploring this special corner of Aotearoa with us (and how good was that weather!). Big ups to your mum for giving it a go â itâs always awesome to see whÄnau supporting each other through the adventurous bits. Our crew loved being part of the journey and are so glad she felt supported the whole way through. NgÄ mihi nui,
Top service getting driven up to the base of Mt Tarawera. Pere the guide gave some great insite to the area and interesting cultural history. The walk was well paced and no rush. We'll worth the adventure.

I had an amazing experience joining the volcano hiking tour! The guide was super responsible and professional, giving detailed explanations along the way and always checking in on how everyone was doing, which made us feel really well taken care of. The group was also really friendly,we looked out for each other, and the vibe was relaxed and fun. We not only got to enjoy the stunning natural scenery but also learned a lot about volcanoes and geology. Highly recommended for anyone who loves nature and adventure!

Mount Tarawera Tour
