Marvel at the magic of Milford from every angle through large windows, spacious viewing decks and from TV screens projecting live outdoor footage from HD cameras.
Visit the sun deck for those 360 vast views, explore the large outdoor viewing decks, settle into the comfortable seating indoors, or relax in the shelter of the covered rear deck.
Keep an eye out for fur seals lounging rocks, playful dolphins who come to surf the wake of the boat, and if you're steeped in Fiordland fortune, you may even spot the Fiordland Crested penguin!

Great experience in my life at Milford Sound
The boathouse is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive, and free coffee and tea are provided in a cold environment. It is worth recommending Pure Milford to friends. Especially can see hundreds beautiful Water Falls.

10/10 experience - must do
Cruise had three levels, including a top deck with 360 views. Cruise wasn’t crowded at all (early April) and plenty of room for everyone on the top deck. Captain was very knowledgeable of the area and had a great sense of humour. This experience is my favourite so far in NZ!! Also free coffee provided plus snacks you can pay for (great pies).

Fantastic
Such a magical spot and definitely worth seeing the area on a cruise. Pure milford was a nice modern boat that had free tea/coffee. It didn't feel crowded with a few viewing platforms. The commentary was great and informative, although the constant dig at Aussies was a bit annoying. Would highly recommend.

Outstanding Experience
Awe inspiring and majestic. Just to be part of this place for a moment will last in my thoughts for the rest of my life. This place is a long ways from anywhere but worth it.

Pure magic
The weather forecast was a little unfavourable, but we booked the Pure Milford 1.5 hour cruise, despite it. We enjoyed it immensely, the scenery and moods of the fiord were spectacular. Bursts of sunshine on the water and peaks highlighted how special the whole landscape is. Our boat captain was excellent, his commentary informative and amusing.
