Nice and relax hot pool
The hot pool and steam room are very nice. Especially good for relaxation after your ski trip. You can have a drink in the hotel cafe after the pool and walk along the lakeside to enjoy the beautiful lake and Remarkables. The shower is not working well.

Relaxing luxury
Sauna and steam room were lovely They were having issues with the spa so it was fairly cool

Don’t let the photos fool you.
The facility are okay, not as nice as the photos The pool and spa are in the main area, but steam and sauna are in the change rooms. The staff at check-in are great, and do what they can. The main warning is that the hotel guests have access as well, which you expect, but you can’t always count on their behaviour. We were unfortunately exposed to a mum and 3 young girls (ages 5-12) that have never heard the word NO. The girls totally ran amuck and destroyed everything they could touch.

Steam room not working
Love coming here but one of the main reasons I do is to use the steam room. It was out of order and the sauna wasn't very hot either. It would be great when booking here if you were aware of this.

Very relaxing
Really enjoyed this. Went at 10am and very chill - only a few other ppl around. Enjoyed a few laps in the pool, read my book for a bit, had a great sauna, more pool time, read in the spa for a bit... The fact its two hours is fantastic - no rush :)
