The experience will make you appreciate this amazing continent and all the valuable information it holds for the world. So many interesting facts. Penquin rescue is wonderful. Varied and well done.

awful staff very rude and sarcastic
The lady named Katie on the reception was so rude and racist. I called her over the phone and I also went personally to tell how sarcastic she was regarding my Enquiries about bookings. I could sense her sinical tone with Asian customers while I was in queue and to me as well. She was treating us as if she just wants to get the money and get rid of us. I wasn’t expecting this as I have been to Antarctic centre before like few years ago around 2014 but everything’s changed now. It’s more commercialised and the staff needs to be retired now and have some enthusiastic and young staff who are able to preserve what Antarctic centre is about and it’s image of knowledge centre rather than what it has become today is a tourist attraction and money making machine. It’s the only one in the world and has to be taken seriously by Management orelse it will loose it’s image. Kindly let the current old staff take care of their grandchildren and retire for good.

Paid ful fee
Bought ticket for 2.30 for antarctic center and went there at 3.15pm and end up paying extra fee to match the full price because of book me policy. Don't make sense at all. Have to arrive between 2 30 to 3. Please highlight if you have such condition!!

Awesome experience
Fantastic way to experience and learn about all things antartica. The hugglund ride, storm experience, penguins, and the husky show were all especially unique and incredible experiences. The staff were fantastic and passionate.
